Discount Pet Doors offers the following Returns Policy:

If we made the error we will send you a shipping label for UPS or Fedex so that you can return the item at no charge to you. If you changed your mind or purchased the wrong size return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  

We pride ourselves in providing only quality equipment. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days subject to the following return policy.  All returned items must arrive in new, complete condition.  The items must be in the original packaging and must contain all hardware and documentation (including instructions and warranty cards).   Products that have been altered or obviously used cannot be returned.   Credit will be issued within 4 business days for the purchase price of the returned item (less shipping charges) if applicable.

2.  If we made the error we will send you a shipping label for UPS or Fedex so that you can return the item at no charge to you. If you changed your mind or purchased the wrong size return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

3.  Carefully repackage the item and take it to your nearest UPS or Fedex office. Include the packing slip in the package or place it in the shipping pouch face down. Remove the original shipping label.

4.  Any damages or loss during shipping using "Self Return" are the responsibility of the customer, for this reason we encourage you to insure your package for it's proper value.
 

To make a return you must include in your email or phone call -

1. The date of the original order.
2. The Name of the item being returned
3. The reason for the return
4. Your contact phone # and a valid e-mail for return instructions

Note Regarding FREE SHIPPING Promotions:  Specials or sales that promote "Free Shipping" are limited to the contiguous 48 states. 

International Shipping

Let us know what product you would like to order as well as your shipping address.   We will respond to your e-mail during normal business hours M-F 8am-8pm PST with the necessary shipping charge. We try to offer alternative shipping methods if possible. For some items we have no choice in shipping carriers.
